Deberían mejorar en la limpieza de las habitaciones ,balcones y escaleras , el servicio en el registro fue bien nice , deberían dejar más toallas en las habitaciones. La piscina no estuvo totalmente limpia pero entiendo que es por que están en remodelación , sé que quedará muy bonito luego que terminen de remodelar , en fin no estoy satisfecha ni complacida ,..

La ubicación esta increíble para los parques de universal y otras atracciones, pero el hotel deja mucho que desear, la llave de la habitación tuvimos que cambiarla varias veces porque no funcionaban, las toallas estaban sucias y el aire no enfriaba mucho El personal super amable y la ubicación son excelentes
