I was switch to a different location the day before arriving. The new location had roaches! And it should be noted before booking about the $60 a day fee to heat the pool. Ruined my whole trip not being able to swim! There was mention of a clubhouse to swim but it wasn’t in walking distance.

The house is nice and quite beautiful, well located. The only downside is the lack of a garage space. Actually, there is, but there are very few spaces considering the number of bedrooms and guests the house accommodates. So if you don't have a space in the garage, you'll need to park in the condominium parking lot, which is considerably far from the house, and you'll have to walk there and back.

I cannot recommend this shared space due to significant issues with transparency and basic cleanliness. The listing failed to mention that the designated parking spots are located a 10 to 20-minute walk away. For someone dealing with a physical flare-up, like my recent bout with gout, this was completely unmanageable. When I requested closer parking, I was told nothing was available. Interestingly, they suddenly "found" a spot only after I informed them we were moving to another location that same day. Beyond the parking logistics, the interior of the house was disappointing. There was a very strong, unpleasant odor throughout the common areas. My advice: avoid this shared space unless you already know the other guests and can verify the conditions beforehand. I requested a partial refund for the inconvenience, but the host refused to cooperate. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.
