This was our second visit to Mystic Dunes, last stay was 7 years ago. Overall a good experience. Rooms - would benefit from updating and a deep clean. Housekeeping - based on our length of stay we were to have 2 housekeeping days; first day they changed out the linens and made the bed; 2nd day they made the bed, no new towels. You are to text the front desk for service - this did not work for us as we never received responses or the items we were missing - dish soap, linen for pull out couch, replacement towels. It also took me several attempts to receive our final statement as it was not sent when we checked out.

Charge my debit card 3 times and now I have to call them a week later for them to send me a gift card. After, I spoke to a manager. The food at the restaurant was GROSS, well it was room service. Management does not care about your problems.

The room was big with full kitchen and washer and dryer. A good plus for us. The pools were heated but not as large as we expected. It gets full fast. The staff was friendly. We got a scare one evening when we came back when all our lights were turn on, our towels disappeared. We were told at check-in that there was no housekeeping for stays of less than 7 nights so we were surprised (not in a good way) that they did a touch up mid stay but forgot to close the lights and replace our towels. We have been to another resort last year where there were more activities. One good point at check-in was that they weren't too pushy about time sharing.

Large 2 bedroom. Reasonable price. Didn't like the staff contacting me about time share presentation.

We absolutely loved Mystic Dunes. It had everything you needed. The property was beautiful and staff were amazing. Kenzie’s restaurant was amazing with wonderful views. Can’t wait to come back!
