Clean. Is the only thing I can say about it. Facilities are really old, bathroom doesn’t have ventilation and extractor sounds like a 1950 train.

Very dirty.. mold smell..no change of towels..no making up of room.. one toilet paper roll had to go searching for someone to help because we called 3 times and no one came!

Room too noisy, bathroom fan & light in 1 light switch. Strong smell of floor cleaning product. Charge $17 for breakfast for 1 guest.... way toooo expensive.

Overall, it was a good motel for what we paid for. However, the worst resort was misleading. I also didn't get my security deposit back and they didn't say why.

I get that cleaning was every 3 day however they can at least pick up the trash every day or every second day.
Few more issues that need improvements such as Bathtub faucet was leaking, hot water option was not working on the water filter, Laundry room was open and in use past 11:30 etc.

I loved how the playground was open until late allowing the kids to burn energy off before bed.
Loved the location close to many restaurants and stores.
Didn’t have any issues with parking there was plenty. I wasn’t able to get my room serviced not sheets changed and the only reason I got towels was because I requested them after 3 days.
Night staff was very welcome at check in didn’t have any issues at all it was nice to be welcomed with a smile and proper manners specially after a long flight.
However, the security guard was rude just walked up and started turning things off and unplugging the bouncy at the playground without saying a word to anyone not even a simple hello were closed.
The check out crew in the morning of 03/21/24 the gentleman that helped me blue eyes was rude af definitely killed the vibe for the day.
They don’t greet nor thank-you after service.
I don’t know if it’s just me but I’m used to ppl greeting you when you arrive and saying you’re welcome after you’ve said thank-you.
Other than that it was nice to have breakfast onsite.

Location was easily accessible as well as plenty of parking. Staff is attentive especially Daily who made our staff extra special. The breakfast buffet was wonderful providing plenty of options and this year was moved to ballroom which allowed more dining space for families. Easy check in and check out process.
