The furniture is old and dusty. The sofa and the master bedroom mattress had a dip in it. Both me and my granddaughter’s allergies were so bad while we stayed there. Whenever we would leave, we felt better but as soon as we returned, it flared again. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly.

The room was amazing it was big enough for the group of people we went with. The only bad part is that they said the pool had a heater and it did not. It was freezing. But everything else was great! The bar was good, the convenience store was awesome!

This room was nice. Had a smell like it had been closed up for a while when we first arrived but that wasn’t a huge issue. Very spacious and clean. The bed in the master was hard as a brick and a nightmare to sleep on. The other two for the kids were very plush. Also I pad extra for the fireworks view and yes don’t waste your time bc you will only see the reflection from the fireworks light in the sky not the actual fireworks. That was a bummer however it was good overall.

Spa was only open 1 of the 3 days of our stay and was booked. We travel frequently t Orlando to visit family. There are many choices and they need to clean up to stay competitive.

Hotel was nice, check-in was quick. The TVs did not work and could not get a connection to watch anything. They came and fixed it the first day, same exact problem happened the second day. The worst part was the front desk called us at 8 AM on both mornings to ask us if we wanted to attend a timeshare. We told him the first night that we’re not interested and we’re on vacation not to call this early, they did it again the next day. Really put a bad taste in our mouths regarding this hotel for waking us up on vacation to ask us to attend a timeshare.

I would have to say for this property there is not a lot to do it's considered a resort but there's only one main big pool and another small pool and one hot tub a lot of the games and the gaming room did not work or they took your coins our room was not clean we had no curtain in the living room and it was just the room was just not good I say if you're going to stay there no that it is not like a resort resort and that I would advise you to bring cleaning products to clean the room and also bedding for the bed would we go back there me and my family would not
