Face it, price is your thing, beds are comfy

Price was great, breakfast was okay (note for allergy peeps the lucky charms had cheerios in them, good thing we picked it up), my biggest beef is that the thing clearly said there was a pool and hot tub, there is no pool and hot tub in the hotel, they tell you to go across the street. AC blows cold!

I have Already sent yesterday a complaint against a young man that stayed on duty at the reception in the morning. Today a couple of bolivian passengers also were complaining against the same man. They said that he does not how to treat people.
