My husband and I stayed here for two nights! We spent the entire day at the pool and it was amazing! We pretty much floated the lazy river the entire day and then we got dinner at the Italian restaurant on site, Primo. It was definitely an expensive stay, but it was worth it.

This was the best Marriott I have ever stayed in. Beautiful pools, great guest rooms, helpful polite staff. The only complaint was there was only 3 water slides, it looked like more but they were great and lots of fun.

I had a great stay at the Marriott Grande Lakes, the outdoor area with the lazy river is amazing and very well maintained. The room could use some touch ups. But overall a great place to stay. I will be coming back.

This hotel is immaculate but so expensive. Hidden resort fees on top of the room, and the bar drinks are $20 each and they are not good. The beds are super comfy but the front desk staff is not helpful. The pool and lazy river was great.

The location was absolutely gorgeous. The building was well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The lazy river is something I could stay in all day! Please understand that with all of these amazing amenities, it comes with a price so wow my stay was extremely enjoyable it was a tad bit pricey. Other than the extreme prices on everything I have no other complaints. JW creates an oasis that feels like you’re not even in the states. I highly recommend for couples, families and solo trips.

Lovely property that is well maintained. The most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Property adjoins the Ritz-Carlton and guests room cards work at either property. Pool area is more tranquil at the Ritz, but JW has lazy river. You can choose your preference. Would definitely stay there again.

The entire hotel was super clean and nice. Staff super friendly. Many choices for breakfast, the bufe was my favorite. Bar super nice. I love the pool too. I definitely recommend the Hotel.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. Excellent for young kids as they have multiple water slides and an aqua course. The pool and lazy river are great but get very crowded. The prices for drinks were a bit high in my opinion but the food was great

Me and my friends did a one-night staycation here for my friend’s 22nd birthday!! Everything about our stay was seamless. Booking through Expedia waived our parking and gave us a $50 resort credit! I spoke to Eva in prearrival to let her know we would be there early and she was excellent! We arrived at 10:30AM and they had a room ready for us immediately! Check-in process was extremely smooth and they put balloons and treats in our room for the birthday! Bartenders at the pool were wonderful and the fries were amazing!! Everything was top-notch, it was the perfect staycation!

Stayed here many times over the past 20 years and the property and staff never disappoint. It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. Relaxed in the lazy river and enjoyed lunch at the Knife bar/restaurant. This was a very nice pre-cruise adventure.
