This was my second time staying at this property everyone was very kind! The guy at the front desk Johnny was an absolute pleasure very kind offering us help when we came in all the way to the time we left! The only downside was they were fixing the pool so I couldn’t get in during the day but it was opened during the afternoons and late nights so that was nice!

The property was under some construction to better the place so those small inconvenience were expected. The rooms are large and spacious and location is Amazing. The staff was great. Phillip is a great representative for this hotel. He welcomed everyone. The Hyatt was pretty and smelled good. The housekeepers can stand some improvement. They need to supply towels according to how many occupants assigned to that room. Take care of ice buckets.
