The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Love that it also had breakfast every morning . The rooms were a nice size and loved that it had a full kitchen. I also loved that it had a shuttle to take you to Universal studios. It also had a walk bridge in case you wanted to walk to Universal Studios Park.. Loved the location.

The breakfast was great…..lot more offerings than we thought. The shuttle to the parks was so helpful as we didn’t rent a car. The pool and bar areas were fun and relaxing.
