Staff is under managed, rude, and lazy for the most part. Front desk was friendly but uninformed. Check in time was not as promised. Cabana service was lacking. I had one young gentleman lifeguard tell me he doesn't make enough money to care about anything so he just stands there and doesn't care what happens. That was day 1 Day 2 there wasn't even a lifeguard in the toddler section. My room shower wouldnt turn on, waited 30 min for maintenance to come, got it on, when they left water wouldn't turn off. Water ran for 2 days. Even after I told them no one came back to fix it. That is why is had to put a sad face for eco friendly. I requested extra pillows and towels prior to check in. I had to call down twice for them bc they never showed up in my room. My husband was trying to bring luggage to our car and there was a maintenance man in the elevator with 1 small cart. He told my husband to take the next elevator instead of moving over to let him in or getting off so the customer could use it. I made several complaints over the 2 days and when I finally got to speak to a manager she had no idea about my issues. She was nice and wished she could have helped sooner but her staff didnt inform her and I was checking out and already so disappointed.

I went for one night And I don't like it The sheets had blood stains I make checking at 2: 30am and at 9: 00 am the house keeping knocked down the door supposedly it was time to check out

Both positives and negatives. Positive was spacious room, clean, and the water park was very nice. The negatives was the room smelled very musty. One reason we stayed here was for the complementary shuttle. We booked the first shuttle to the Magic Kingdom Transportation Center. It was 30 minutes late so we took an UBER. On the way back we got the shuttle and the bus was disgusting with stained seats and horrible smell. My wife advised guest services of the first bus being late and the guest service representative shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t care. Do NOT book this hotel just for the shuttle...you will not be happy. My last negative was my wife and I wanted to go have a drink at the bar on Friday night. They had one bartender and the bar was very busy. It took about 30 minutes to get a drink. My wife and I felt so bad for the bartender. She was running around with a smile on her face but could tell she was stressed. Bad planning on management to have one bartender. Finally the manager came out after she called for help after a group of 15 people walked into the bar and then walked out because they couldn’t get service. That bartender deserves a raise! Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had fun and the kids had fun. We went to Disney most days so this was a bonus to have the water park on our off time. If you plan to go to Disney...plan to use UBER or rent a car. You will NOT be happy with their complimentary shuttle.

Thank you for staying with us. I do apologize about the difficulties you had with our shuttle service. It is run by a third party company. Unfortunately, there is not much the shuttle agent can do. I will follow up with the shuttle company about improving the times and condition of their shuttles. I will also let my management team know about the F&B issues you faced on Friday night. I do hope you decide to give us another chance in the future.
