After showing up, there was an unexpected resort fee of an additional $55 per night. One of the restaurants was advertised to be open for dinner buffet- the entire trip it was not open for dinner. One of the pool’s bars was never open. The mo is theatre was not open the entire time. The activities were great- but when our child won - she won 1 jolly rancher (a little skimpy in my opinion- especially considering the resort fee). The AC did not work (but did get fixed when I mentioned it) The other restaurants were either out of food when we tried to order or it was hard to find the person who was supposed to be working. All this considered- the resort fee on top of the nightly cost seems a bit much- I might have different thoughts if all amenities were open and working, but this was not the case.

I’m so glad I didn’t listen to the negative reviews and kept our reservation here. I was very skeptical and nervous at first. We stayed for 5 nights and here’s my take on the experience: PROS -check in was pretty quick for a Friday night -room was easy to get to and parking was close, every time we left and came back (pretty much every day) -nice size for myself and my 3 kids -water park is fun, diverse, and geared towards the kids (with a little bar for parents ready to relax) -we had the 2 bedroom king suite, which also included a pull out couch (if your kids are anything like mine and need space from each other every other day, this will work perfect) CONS -THE HIDDEN FEES I booked on Expedia and knew there would be an extra resort fee and parking fee, but when I got there, they also taxed those fees and charged a $200 deposit fee on top of all of that. -I wanted to have the room serviced with new towels and sheets one of the days we were there, and they did take out the trash and bring new towels, however the sheets were not changed (they just made the king bed but no new sheets and did not make up the bunks) -you could tell some people were smoking weed in the rooms (it woke me up one night) and I have nothing against marijuana, but when you smoke it in small spaces occupied by others, I think it’s rude and inconsiderate and it stinks. Overall experience was great and I would stay here again. Staff was friendly and checked in via text daily.

Charged me double hold fees, total of $400, was told I would be refunded but could take 7-10 business days. Then was charge another additional $328.40 and was told it was parking fees, but my parking fees were already included in my price I paid ahead of time…absolutely will not be going back
