Rooms were dirty apon arrival, multiple times during our stay they were out of towels and wash clothes so we went and purchased our own. Pool and hot tub area was dirty and unkept. But drinks at the pool bar were great. Lol staff was nice though.

Besides waiting an hour and 15 mon to check in, our stay was pleasant. It seemed everyone had the bright idea to arrive at the same time. The food at most of the restaurants there could have been better but the breakfast buffet is definitely worth a try.

The staff was great. The amenities were good. But there was a lot of construction going on. The stair wells were scary to walk thru. There was a leak in my room on my second to last day there. The second room I was moved to had a sink that was semi-clogged. Other than these little mishaps, the place was good and I would recommend to families that are planning a trip to Orlando.

We've stayed at this property twice. I think it's great for kids. The only issue I have is that during both stays, our room wasn't ready at the check-in time of 4pm. We weren't able to get into our room until close to 5pm which is tough to get everyone ready before dinner. Maybe they need to increase their cleaning staff to make sure all the rooms are ready AT LEAST for the appointed check in time...

Lengthy review (sorry) Stayed here for a few nights. Had two rooms booked under my reservation. One room was completely fine no issues. However, with my room. We had hand towels as washcloths because they had no more washcloths and then after spending an entire day at Islands of Adventure, we came back to the room to wash the day off of us and there was no towels. The room seemed to be cleaned(although a full trash bag was left in the bathroom sink) but there was no clean towels or wash cloths in the room. When I called the front desk, they informed me that they had ran out of towels and washcloths and they were waiting for a delivery. This was 9pm. When I got up the next day still no towels or washcloths. I had to call down twice and finally received the items around 11am. This would have been alittle more acceptable if they didn’t charge resort fees. You cannot charge me fees but don’t hold up to the bare necessities of the standards. I didn’t even receive a portion of my Resort fees back for the huge inconvenience. Everyone experience is different but as for me and my family we won’t be back. You can go to a lot more other places that’s worth the money.

The room we stayed was clean, we’ve stayed here before. However this time the AC in the room did not work. No matter how much we turn the temp down it wouldn’t allow us to go below 69. Not sure why.
