The staff were friendly and the rooms was large and clean. Several pools - I mostly used the lazy river which was awesome - although the tubes were inflated too much in my opinion so they weren't very comfortable.

We had a great stay with our family. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough for two adults and two children. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. The location is excellent, with easy access to Disney Word. The kids especially enjoyed the pool and waterpark areas, and lazy river which made the stay fun. The property is very family-friendly and offers plenty of activities for children and adults. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would recommend this hotel to families visiting Orlando. We would gladly stay here again.

Very large resort with lots of room options depending on your family size. We came to Orlando to go to Disney World and we really liked how close this resort was to the parks. I also really appreciated having the washer and dryer to wash clothes as we were there. We had a two bedroom condo with a full size kitchen. Our place was huge. More than enough room for us. Though the resort is a bit outdated it was well maintained and clean and had everything we needed.
