I love staying at a Hampton Inn & suites. This was the first time I used the shuttle and I don’t think I’ll ever go back. The bed was comfortable which is very important for me. The breakfast had many options and very filling. They also had a little mart that was useful when you come back from the parks and want a quick snack or even microwaveable meal. They were accommodating with the toiletries. The rooms were clean and fairly up to date. I had a great experience. The staff was wonderful!

Stayed on a pinch before our flight and was glad we were only there for a handful of hours. We were hit by an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke when we entered, but checking in was quick. The rooms were dingy, and our curtains didn't close all the way, leaving a visible line of sight for the car parked directly facing our room on the ground floor. Pros: The staff was pleasant, free basic breakfast, and the checkin/out was efficient.
