This was a great spot for a Valentine Weekend. Super Romantic. Go with a balcony facing the indoor courtyard. The light show in the evening is nice

Great facility. Do be sure and read about prebooking space in restaurant and activities as it fills up. We were disapointed that some things were not open during this time but overall, it's the best place to take the kids....as long as you have a big budget.

Great stay, but wish there was a nice walking trail outside. It was a beautiful morning for a walk, and did not want to get in the car to find a walking trail. Otherwise, loved our stay.

...THE GAYLORD PALMS RESORT is our favorite place to stay for a few days while visiting Orlando -- the resort is best in class - fully remodeled. As you enter the grand space of the atrium you are transported to a lush garden experience, the room decor is beautiful, the pools and grounds are the best, the restaurant offerings are exceptional and the hospitality of the staff is wonderful... We will be back soon.

Pool area was wonderful. Market Place had roaches, several roaches. Notified staff and they attempted to shoo it away. The roaches were on the floor in the open part of the market, as well as on the bottles in the open refrigerators. The bugs walked on the bottles and the staff did not replace the bottles. House keeping was late and did not show up each day of trip even though reserved for daily service.
