The breakfast was great and the staff was accommodating. It was nice to have the shuttle to universal. The only thing I will say is our room was only cleaned once during our 5 day stay. We had to ask the front desk for sheets and towels. Otherwise recommend for budget friendly travel!

Stayed for 5 days for our Universal Studios trip. This location was very convenient and even walkable to City Walk and Universal. It will take about 25 minutes if you decide to walk. Breakfast was hotel typical. Nice place. Offered 4-5 different shuttle times to and from the Universal parks.

The rooms were fine, but there was no shampoo. All the toiletries were having the same liquid i.e. body soap. The biggest bummer was that there were no complementary water bottles provided apart from the first two bottles that were given at the time of check-in. They were charging extra for any bottles beyond those two. The free shuttles to the Universal resorts were pretty nice to have and the breakfast was fine.
