I decided to opt out of staying at a Universal property this go around and I’m happy I went with this option! Very clean, free parking and minutes from all the universal parks. Very convenient option at a great price point and everyone working there was very kind! Will be staying here in the future when I travel to universal parks

Fantastic hotel in a great location close to Universal. We enjoyed the short, scenic walk to the parks over 3 days and it was an easy walk for sure. The hotel has a hot breakfast with so many options for everyone, we have zero complaints and all the staff were incredible. If we return to Orlando in the future, we will choose the Fairfield Inn & Suites Universal for our accommodations again. Thank you for the fabulous stay!

Front desk are friendly and very accommodating. Very quiet. Only thing that I didn't like is the pillows very uncomfortable. We have our own blankets, towels and toiletries so we didn't use theirs. Overall it's a good hotel and we will definitely love to be back.

Loved our front desk person the evening we checked in. The breakfast selection was great and what a convenient location for visiting universal studios Pool was very pretty too

We stayed at the hotel to visit Universal Studios. The parks are very close and the hotel provides a shuttle. The room looked clean but had a weird odor. The staff was friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good. Other than the smell of the room the hotel was great.
