Room was a clean, updated but older facility with AC system that sits under window- had a lot of humidity, bathrooms were spacious still rocking the dark granite, brown moody vanity area making it dark... BUT the breakfast selection was great, the staff was so pleasant and the bus transport to Universal was Fast and easy and had a great selection of leaving/returning times and if you wanted to the hotel is right next to a overpass walking bridge that carries you across the busy road right onto the Universal Park road. With a 20 minute walk you could be there. I knew we'd be tooo tired to make the 20 minute walk back :) Recommend this hotel and the price was perfect. We will be back at this price!

Overall clean. Fire station across the street. The shuttle isn’t available based on first come first serve at this hotel, it’s based on FCFS at the Doubletree. Fairfield Inn gets what is left over.
