The staff were great… The free breakfast was basically tea, coffee and a muffin…. The room had a lasting odor and the washing machine was in a room about 100ft down a walkway outside the hotel.

Unfortunately there were mold on the sink, the floors were very dusty and had pet hair/fur near the couch, the curtains were both broken, there were only 3 towels in a room that fits 6. First of all Staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, hotel was not cleaned at all, needs full overhaul, everything was limited We were 4 ppl and only given 3 small hand soap and 3 shampoo Absolutely, no breakfast even states - don’t believe it ( couple gronala bar, small muffins that’s all you get) Room cleaning only occurs above 14 days stay So don’t expect to be cleaned your room if you stay less than 14 days- ridiculous! Once again- staff was good and very helpful. I would not recommend this facility as it was everything was limited.

Parking was easy. Late check in was easy. Request for hairdryer was easy. Room could have been a little cleaner but do not affect stay. Curtains did not shut all the way and let in too much light. That was the biggest ding for us.

The room was good. However, we were supposed to have breakfast included. When we checked in, they even informed us the hours for breakfast. Next morning we went down for breakfast and there was nothing! Only black coffee. We met other guests who said they have been there for a couple days and there was no breakfast at all. So disappointing!! Breakfast is not included and they shouldn’t be advertising it.

Great For Disney and Convention Center

Perfect location between the Orlando Convention Center and the Disney Parks! We really just used the room for sleeping and the accommodations were above average. Friendly staff and clean (despite the current remodeling taking place).

There was no breakfast when our room went down and didnt look like there would be. We went down at 7am. And again at 8am. Also i booked the room for 6 people had plenty of space but when asking for extra pillows to accommodate the pullout couch. It was difficult for them to locate any. We ended up with 1 extra for the room when i needed at least 2. Parking was easy. The check out process was simple as well

Hotel was clean and decent. Went to check in. We could only get 1 key because they were running out. Needed sheets for the pull out bed. We had to go down and get them. No one would bring them up. Asked for extra pillows for the pull out and they had none. We had to share off the other beds.

Upon checking in the person at the first desk (a man) was not very friendly or welcoming. He wasn’t rude but was very dry in talking in conversation. The room was clean and as described. The hallways smelled horrible as if someone had pee on the carpet. The hotel is also very close to Disney

We stayed in a 2 Queen Bed Suite at Extended Stay America Lake Buena Vista at 8100 Palm Parkway and overall had a great experience. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of space for our family. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect. It is close to Disney, shopping, and restaurants while still being quiet and relaxing. One thing to keep in mind is that we did see a few small bugs, including what looked like roaches. They were actually palmetto bugs or water bugs, which are very common in Central Florida because of the humidity. They are harmless and not unusual in hotels in this area. It did not take away from our comfort, and we would definitely stay here again.
