Was a terrible experience the king size bed and the mattress were uncomfortable everytime you move the bed started making noices also the hot tub was having issues to regulate the temperature, I will never recommend this place, everytime we sitting down in the couch we were sinking, they should change few things before continuing renting the townhouses.

This is our 3rd stay over the years and always had rhe best of times. This time, was very uncomfortable. Be ready for no condiments and cooking oil. No mop or mats anywhere and those are needed since there is a pool in the townhouse. We stayed monday thru Friday and we were 5 people, we ran out of toilet paper and napkins by Wednesday. We asked for more and got ONE roll of toilet paper and was told we needed to buy the napkins! We needed more shampoo and trash bags but decided not to ask for more since it seemed everything was limited. We were using the plastic bags from the grocery store for trash. We woke up at 930 friday (our last day) i called front desk to ask for an extra hour. Lady was horribly rude. Also the hair dryers dont work and there were toys and animal food, smell from previous tenants. We will not be staying here again.

It was ok for our stay. Needed some cleaning, bed was broken downstairs, light in pool did not work, no cleaning net for pool to collect debris, and no clear instructions for check out. But the pool was nice and warm even at 9pm.

Great for the Price: relaxing, not pretentious

This resort was beautifully landscaped. The outdoor pools, hot tubs, and gazebo by the water was relaxing. We lived in comfort for the week. Optimally, I would have preferred a thorough cleaning from the previous lodgers. I found an earring on the floor that was not mine. However, the price was great for the stay, as we had 2 bedrooms upstairs, and a kitchen and a living room downstairs. The best part was our own private hot tub in a screened in porch.

Good stay

We were suppose to have a pull out sofa but it wasn’t. We also almost ran out of toilet paper which could have been resolved by housekeeping leaving extras under the sinks. Since the property isn’t manned until 11:00 we had to wait for help. The property is nice and we would definately stay again we just will check things over a bit more upon check in.

Best alternative to a hotel. Private pool; full kitchen and evening you need to have an expensive vacation. Property is clean, close to all disney parks and Orlando airport.

I like the pool, but didn't have the cleaner for the pool. Ants and other things at the bottom of the pool. Door to pool off track needs to be fix.

Great Location! Staff Friendly! Townhome was nice! Only issue was that the hot tub water and cover was not properly maintained. Other than that everything was wonderful and would definitely stay again!

Most everything was great. The only negative things were there were no ceiling lights in the second and third bedrooms, the carpet on stairs was not overly clean, and the toilet paper was very rough. I would stay there again.
