This hotel has been by far the BEST HOTEL. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room very spacious and very clean. It’s very close to water parks and fast food restaurants. I will be booking again in the future.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, rooms were a bit on the dirty side especially the bathroom shower. Book the 1-bedroom option as it has a great amount of space and division from the rest of the room. Very close to seaworld but no reliable shuttle, they have the option to “reserve” one free of charge but it’s a 3rd party company and it always runs late leaving you either late to the park or having heat exhaustion hoping the driver makes it to pick you up from the park, fix to that is uber pretty cheap to and from.

What I like about the property is that is close to SeaWorld and aquatica, looks like the building is new but the inside of the rooms looks old the carpet in the hallway are stained and smells bad. What they have for breakfast is good, fresh eggs or scrambled eggs, waffle machine and fresh coffee, but there's not a lot of dining tables to sit in . Over all it was okay for what I paid for .

Excellent staff, but unsafe family atmosphere due to unruly guests: The hotel staff was excellent, and the breakfast was very good. I also really enjoyed the beautiful recreation area and the pool.However, the overall atmosphere was highly unpleasant. It was very disagreeable to share a floor with guests smoking weed, causing a strong odor everywhere. Furthermore, people were drinking alcohol and smoking right in the pool area. Because of this behavior, the environment did not feel safe or appropriate for a family vacation.I hope management enforces stricter rules in the future.

Overall good stay. A few areas for improvement are the smell of the room. I had a handicap room because I needed an earlier check in and the room smelled like strong humidity or like the carpet needed to be cleaned. The bathroom door and shower could use an upgrade. I was not able to go for a morning swim after my workout because the pool is closed, that would’ve been nice to have access to the pool. Lastly, the mandatory parking for 28.00$ a day is a stretch. I can understand maybe 5-8$/day charge but 28.00 is way too high of a price and unfortunately because of the parking cost alone I will not be staying at this hotel again or recommend it to any family or friends. The staff was wonderful. The location is great, right across from sea world. Breakfast was great.

The Pros: Breakfast is very good for being free, very close to Sea World, pool is nice and there are things to do at the hotel. It is close to a lot of things such as restaurants and grocery stores. The Cons: Parking is $26 for overnight and it’s not gated. The cleaning staff doesn’t clean that well and is slow at times. They didn’t sweep the room but left the broom inside our room. They took the trash but didn’t replace the bags. They always shorted us towels and hand rags. There are no sheets or extra pillows for the pull-out. There is only one tv remote for two TVs.

Room was very clean, staff was extremely nice and helpful. This hotel is pet friendly and so are the businesses around. The only thing is parking is $26 daily with the 7th day free-- just keep that in mind when booking
