Honestly, it’s a really good place. It looks a bit ugly from the outside, but the rooms were actually quite good they exceeded my expectations. There was a bit of water leakage from the bathroom, but overall, it’s much better than it looks from the outside.

Breakfast wasn’t included but you got $10/day to spend included in the resort fee you have to pay. The pizza at Alberto’s was amazing. The staff were very helpful and accommodating with my early arrival.

The walkway to Seaworld was easier than arranging transportation! The manger was very helpful with free water bottles and warm cookies and a $10 credit to use daily toward food, etc.

Our room was not properly cleaned. I found hair in the corners of the room, and in the tub. Bed was comfortable and clean. The overall room felt outdated and worn out. The dining options at this hotel are very high priced including a mandatory 18% gratuity at lunch in their Laguna restraunt. We were placed in Villa 6 which was very far. No hot tub :(
