I liked how clean this hotel was and how close to everything it is. There’s a shuttle to Universal Studios which is great. You book in lobby. Takes you there and back. Check in process was simple, they give out warm chocolate chip cookies. There’s a restaurant/bar in lobby, food is just okay for how expensive it is. There’s a Starbucks, pizza place (forget name) and another restaurant as well on property. They will try to have you attend and purchase a special for which they give you Hilton reward points. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Your basic no frills hotel. Convenient location, but to say it's across the street from universal is a bit of a stretch. It is across from the entrance, but it's about a 15 min walk to city walk and a 20 mins walk to the parks. The condition of the bathrooms were pretty terrible. But otherwise a decent stay and friendly and helpful staff. The highlight was the breakfast buffet. All in all, I'd stay again. But nothing to write home about.
