Loved our lake view room, and being able to shop at the hotel after the park closed. All the staff was very friendly even at late hours. Definitely stay again!

Great stay but no daily maid or room service
Posted Sep 19, 2022 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay as it is a beautiful hotel, very clean rooms, excellent front desk service, convenient transportation system and good choice of places to eat. However, the one thing that needs improvement is daily housekeeping. I understand that they temporarily are not coming in to make your bed daily but should at least come in to empty trash daily and give us clean towels if needed. In the 6 days there, we only had someone come in once on day 2. I had to call down to ask them for fresh towels, toilet paper, etc. I had to empty my trash out in the hallway near elevators a few times. Also no room service yet.
