The property is nice and secure. Customer service friendly but the service room needs improvement because there was one day without service in my room and

The location is convenient. The sign is dated. Difficult parking with huge storage containers. The pool and hot tub appear nice though no one seemed to use them.

The first room given the shower faucet would not work. Shower curtain had holes and looked horrible. faucet handle would not even turn. No toilet paper holder or towel holder in bathroom. Was moved to a new room and the sink drain was messed up, toilet seat looked like it had been in the war, bed was hard. Walked on floor barefoot from bed to bathroom and my feet were black and disgusting. Paint peeling and door in bad shape in bathroom. All but carpet seemed clean but needs repair and maintenance big time.

The staff was amazing - wineries and helpful folks. The room was average, yet the carpet was so dirty that our white socks turned literally black. That was so gross. It’s a cheap and easy stay if by the airport, and once again the staff was wonderful.

I had a late flight and wanted to keep my room a little longer after checkout time and what I didn't like is how one staff member told me if I stay past 12pm it would be a up charge of $50 which was fine but another staff member was telling no I would have to pay for a whole day when im only staying from 12pm to 5pm like they are lying. Another thing I didn't like is I came in early 8am on my flight, check in time is 3pm and they wouldn't let me put my luggage in a back room where its safe that no one would steal anything they said put it under the table where every guest that walks in can see it and steal something if they want to. Its loud when im trying to sleep, someone knocked on my door and ran away when I came to check it out. So over all I would never stay at this hotel again. I would never recommend anyone stay here and I rate it a one star.
