Our hotel stay was absolutely perfect! The front desk staff was wonderful and Tiffany specifically went above and beyond to make my daughter’s 13th birthday extra special!!! She truly exceeded our expectations and we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you for helping make such a special weekend even more memorable! We will definitely be staying here again!

I had a great experience here! The guy working at the pool truck was awesome — great music, awesome drinks, and, most importantly, such a nice person with a great personality. The rooms were very clean, and the lobby has a great atmosphere and smells amazing when you walk in. The front desk staff were also very friendly and welcoming. One thing I found especially important was the location. There are so many great restaurants, shops, and other places within walking distance, which made everything so convenient. Overall, a great experience, great atmosphere, friendly staff, and an excellent location. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Overall good value for the location. Easy access to Universal, and was surprised the hotel offered free shuttle service to the parks and City Walk. Was disappointed with breakfast selection, but not a deal breaker. Only other complaint is that the pool is open late (till midnight) and, as we had a pool view room, it was loud at nighttime.

Hotel Landy was beautiful ! Our junior suite was nice , I did expect it to have an actual mini fridge rather than a beverage cooler and the toilet/pipes were very loud all the time , but pool and amenities were great! Staff were helpful aswell. Room was clean
