I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, making it easy to relax and enjoy my time there. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities met my expectations for a pleasant stay. The only downside was the shuttle service, which wasn’t very reliable and made getting around a bit inconvenient at times. That said, everything else about the hotel was positive, and I would still recommend it for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The property is close to great dining and theme parks however the rooms have a musty odor the room was very mediocre and my heater/air conditioning system was old rusted and didn’t work. The carpet needs replaced and the hotel charges you for contacting the front desk I would suggest spending a couple more hundred and staying at one of the nearby resorts. Staff aren’t very personable and warm my first time there at check in I had to greet the service clerk and I asked her was she tired because I can tell

The hallways carpet was stained and dirty. It needed to be vacuum daily and you could tell that wasn’t happening. It’s an old hotel. The pools were dirty and the towels were too small.
