Our stay was OKAY. The construction on the exterior was annoying. The room had some odd stains by the bathroom area, other than that it was clean. The location was perfect. Right across the street from ICON park. Close walking distance to several restaurants and the trolley is great too.

The good: The location was incredibly convenient for the convention center. We were able to walk the mile to get there each day. The hotel was off the main street so it was quiet. The staff was incredibly cheerful and helpful. The not so good: I prepaid for breakfast and I wish I hadn’t. The food was meh. The second and third days I had to request that the items I ordered came with everything described on the menu because the first day they left items out. It didn’t feel worth it to pay $50 for a breakfast neither of us cared to eat. The morning of checkout I had a series of charges to my card. I had to go to the front desk to get that cleared up. The woman was very nice, but she couldn’t explain the additional $110 dollars I was charged.
