Awful, i would not recommend booking. The room was filthy with mold everywhere that was painted over. They make you sign way too many liability waivers that are sketchy and they offered no refunds after 20 minutes checking in. The place has no privacy as well, one of the staff members opened my hotel door without my consent when i was indecent after knocking and i loudly stated that i needed a moment to get dressed. It wasn’t even close to my check out time. The place seems to be full of unhoused people living there and i feel bad for those misfortunate having this place as a last option to be at. The conditions of this hotel are inhumane.

Terrible hotel

The hotel was awful. I only made the reservation because we needed something near the restaurant in Winter Park that we were celebrating our sons birthday at. The price was the best around and I know why that is. It looked like a welfare hotel and there were a couple of roaches in the bathroom that I killed. I will never stay there again.

This property is disgusting it’s not a hotel it’s a slum motel!!! Disgusting Expedia needs to remove this property asap!!! The hotel is old and had many roaches. I changed rooms and each room had more roaches. The bathroom had mold in the shower and was not clean rooms 245 and 253. The ice machine was dirty too. I took a video of the roaches if necessary.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The room was filthy—stains on the bedding, hair in the bathroom, and a general smell of mildew. I did not feel safe at all during my stay, as the locks on the door felt flimsy, and there were sketchy people lingering around the property. To top it off, loud music blasted throughout the night, making it impossible to get any rest. This was easily one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid at all costs!

I was stupid and didn’t read the reviews. Should have left as soon as we checked in but we were only gonna be there for a few hours. Honestly almost called Expedia to complain about them advertising this property. The rooms are HORRIBLE, VERY dirty, terrible upkeep with maintenance and health/safety.
