The staff was great, and the breakfast waffles were very good. I do wish there had been a few more hot food options, but overall, the complimentary breakfast was filling. My only concern was the cleanliness. I noticed the same dead bug next to the trash can near the elevator on the seventh floor throughout my entire stay, which made me question how thoroughly the common areas were being cleaned. Overall, though, I had a decent stay.

This was an overall good stay for what we wanted -shower and sleep after all day at the theme parks. The lobby carpets were dirty but the rest looked clean. Our room had an “old” smell and the kitchenette’s cabinet was falling apart with broken pieces and dust in the bottom corner. The shower did not drain fast enough so water would accumulate as you were showering. The bed sheets and pillows, however, were clean and with no smell. The AC worked perfectly.

Our room was in the 1st floor when we walk in it smelled like something was rotten/ dirty. The ac barely was cold and we have to go multiple times to the front desk to ask for blankets and toilet paper since they were none in the bathroom. One of the nights we had to go to the front desk so they can talk to our room neighbor since they were screaming and having a loud conversations past midnight. Breakfast was decent the ladies in charge of this make sure everything tasted fresh and the areas were filled and clean. I wont stay here again.
