The staff were very nice and attentive to our needs when we called. The beds were not comfortable. The windows were old and had a lot of condensation daily from the lack of circulating air. The breakfast buffet is ok. It would have been nice if they changed up the breakfast items. Eating the same thing daily for 8 days was not great.

Comfort inn and suites is an average budget hotel located close to Disney parks and universal. Rooms were good size, they were cleaned and maintained everyday. Beds were comfortable and had a goodnight sleep after a full day spent at the parks. Lots of dining options on international drive which is about 500 yards from the hotel. Both universal and Disney parks are easily accessible by UBER (Disney takes about 20 minutes and Universal about 10 minutes). Hotel provides free shuttle to Universal but there is no shuttle service to Disney. Breakfast was average - typical continental - juices, bread, waffle, scrambled egg, sausages, yogurt, fruits (apples and bananas), tea, coffee. It has a small gym and also a swimming pool. Overall stay was good.

I had stayed with my family for 2 days. Room was neat and clean. It's very close to Universal Studio. Very good staff. Shuttle is available to visit Universal Studio.

It's unfortunate that a few nights guests were coming in late (after 11pm) and then they'd open and close their doors slamming them multiple times and people were talking in the halls. *Breakfast is appreciated, but wish there was a variety of different food choices instead of the same things each day (ideas to swap out- bacon, hard boiled eggs, more fruit, biscuits and gravy?)
