Great hotel!!! The front desk employees were absolutely outstanding and very professional. The hotel is well maintained and in an excellent location due to the close proximity of restaurants and tourist attractions. I have stayed here a few times and always loved it. The room itself was very spacious, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. All staff members were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will stay here again!!!

After I went there the front desk told me that no room for me
There is this the hotel that I booked my room in and then when I arrive at the front desk, tell me there’s no room for you and my money hasn’t even returned back to my credit card

Absolutely impeccable! My stay at International Drive Hotel was the best hotel experience ever. The staff (Kenisha, Annette, Julia, Robert and the beautiful over night girl)were incredibly attentive and genuinely warm, making me feel like a VIP from check-in. My room was not only spotlessly clean but also beautifully designed with a stunning view and a bed so comfortable we didn't want to leave. The amenities, especially the amazing pool and the complimentary breakfast spread, exceeded all expectations. Stop searching and book this hotel now; you won't regret it! LOVED LOVED LOVEEEEED IT! My room has bed bugs. Was bitten terribly all over my body. Communication with customer service was terrible when I was trying to get a refund. Ultimately did not get a refund. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn ever again.
