Great location for kids of all ages and sizes! My sons are 3 and 4 (practically 5); my youngest enjoyed the shallow pool / splash pad area and my oldest really enjoyed the water slides. The life guards at the pools were very attentive to everyone, and definitely made me feel safe. The other hotel staff were also very helpful and professional. The food was also very good; my wife and I really enjoyed the options at the breakfast buffet as well as the lunch options.

Great place to stay! Conor was the best at the front desk. We were stuck on our plane for a couple hours due to storms. I called the front desk and Conor was willing to get my Walmart delivery and bring it to our room and even put the milk in the fridge. Great customer service!

We liked the food, which was surprisingly good on taste, quantity and selection! There were four of us with two kids, we liked the water park which is why we were there! Unfortunately our air conditioner in the room, was loud and did not handle the humidity and I think it even added to the humidity, so my ears were soaking wet in the morning! Other than that it was clean, especially if you stay in the towers and it felt like you knew them by the time you left

Rooms were squeaky clean. Site itself has been upgraded, and they are keeping more on top of it as the years go on. It seems the place is under new management as it operates at a higher level than years passed visits.

The common areas were clean. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. All but one of the lamps in the room worked and that fail after one night. The Tv is from the early 2000’s the shower head was rusted. The cleaning of the rooms was bad. The door control arms got stuck. To open the door the lock was troublesome The bracelet they make you wear during our stay was uncomfortable and unnecessary. Not the worst place I have ever stayed but far from the best.

Excellent place, adult style slides as well as young ones.. my son is 14 and he had a blast.. tons of areas if he was still small :( wish I found this place years ago. Melissa at bar was awesome! Excellant drinks, hreat personality. We were there July 4th weekend. They had a dj party, not sure if every weekend or just special event? They had brought out a burger/hot dog station. The hot tub was hot, too hot. Then again it was 101° outside.. beautiful, clean pools. Great stuff.. they played with all the kids & danced at party.. they were great with the kids, couldn't have been happier with the staff.. My son is begging to come back next year. Facility was very clean. Would 100% recommend!!

Coco Keys was a very fun and entertaining resort for my 9 year old daughter. The Waterpark and pool was my daughter's favorite. The Waterpark does have lifeguards always keeping an eye. One lifeguard that stood out was Porsche. She kept the calm and order for the line to collect tubes for the slides. Many other times it was frustrating because there was nobody keeping order and many small kids would cut the ones waiting in line and take the tubes. Porsche made sure there was a line, she redirected kids to the line in a very friendly and respectful way. The Waterpark floor can use some maintenance where the bucket falls, since the blue flooring is worn out and my daughter slipped by walking on there with the floor underneath showing. Otherwise, it is a decent place to spend family time, with arcades, restaurant, coffee shop, and ice cream shop.
