Everything was impeccable; I work in the tourism industry in Puerto Rico, and this resort truly rivals any 4- or 5-star property. The reception staff was outstanding—there was a young Puerto Rican man at the front desk whom I was actually tempted to offer a job at my own workplace. In short, everything was excellent and far exceeded what one would expect for the price. I visit Kissimmee several times a year, and I will definitely keep booking at this same resort.

This was our second time staying there because we love the resort so much. The staff is always extremely friendly, the room was spotless and we love how they provide you with everything in the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry. Room was clean and property was conveniently located. Approximately 10 minutes from Epcot. About a 1/2 mile from super walmart. Room maintenance- rooms were clean and kitchen was well appointed. Not a deal breaker but just a note maintenance could have been better like baseboards clearly had bad putty job in restroom. Overall property was nice and clean. We will stay here again. We did not have noise issues like other reviews have stated. No extra fees for parking or resort etc were a big plus

Place was ok, pool was nice, staff ok but didn’t help much when I called that I had no hot water. They said they would send someone out in the morning and they would give me a late checkout. Water wasn’t fixed til about 9am, 9:45 staff knocking on the door to clean the room.(3 different staff members knocking before 10am) so noooo on the late checkout. Tried calling front desk that was no help. Being rushed out after not being able to get a hot shower was wrong.
