The hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. The Good: The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is located in a fantastic area with access to a lot of different attractions, restaurants, and stores. The hotel offers a lot of activities (for a fee) and the pool was fantastic. The Not-So-Good: Expedia didn’t mention that there was a $150 deposit at check-in. Upon arrival, we were notified that all of Kissimmee was without internet/cable, so we had no TV the first night. The beds were old and extremely hard. For the price, it was a good deal though.
