It was an absolutely wonderful experience. The property was nice had a beautifully big clean pool, breakfast every morning, rooms and linens clean and fresh. The staff there aren't enough words of appreciation I could express to the staff. Friendly helpful on point. This was my first hostel stay and definitely not my last

definitely one of the better hostels i’ve been to. the buffet breakfast is nice (but somewhat limited) and staff are super friendly/helpful. only complaint would be the bunk beds aren’t the comfiest or easiest to get to the top lol. but overall very nice!

I Will never stay here, It was terrible. All the propety was gross and at morning when I was ready to leave. A fat boy who was checking the romms started to scream me. I tried to cancel my reservation and move It to another place but I dont get any respond or suport.

I tried calling you guys and no one answered, tried leaving a message but mailbox is full…!!! That’s not the main concern though, the hostel had German Cockroaches crawling by the mini fridge and microwave, I have pictures and videos, which I can send over to you all. The baseboards were completely wrecked, I also have a video of that also. I did not even stay, because German Cockroaches can get into your luggage ect, and then they can infest my own living quarters. Also the hallway leading to the room is the most repulsive smell I have ever smelt. And the facility is trashed, I had to sleep in my car because of how disgusting it was. All I am asking is for you to refund me my money PLEASE AND THANK YOU. Hope this message helps you guys moving forward.

I did not check in this hotel because it was not safe. The front desk person said we have to share the hotel room with three other guy and I said I need refund. I don’t wanna stay here, because I booked it for 4 nights, the said call Expedia , I call them they same day, they didn’t send my money back.
