The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well supplied, but... the carpet was old and needs to be changed and the furniture was obviously old, the bed was like sleeping on a piece of plywood, extremely uncomfortable. We left a night early because we couldn't sleep. The pool outside my unit/building was closed for refurbishment but there were other pools. Other than that it was quiet, I felt safe there were a lot of outside lighting at night and there were staff around. It's a nice property, well situated with lots of places to eat and shop close by. Not too far from Disney, about 10-15 mins.

No room service, AC air ducts full of mold, charged resort fee tax on top of any other service required (e.g. receiving mails / package from online purchases). The rooms are very old, as the overall facility. No visible renovation and everything seems to be lost in time. First day I had to wait almost 30 min to get into the room because the door lock was out of battery. They couldn’t find people to support in a timely manner, so my wife had to wait with my daughter sleeping in her arms seated in front of the room front door.
