All was good - we had clean towels brought daily and our bed was made every day we went out, except for christmas day. Room slightly small but comfortable, and not as recent as it appears in photos. We also saw tiny cockroaches in the room, but nothing to be too worried about.

This was a nice stay. Staff were pleasant and room was relatively clean. Hotel is also situated in a good area and distance from I-Drive and other popular Orlando areas. The only downfall was the water heating - there was no hot water for the duration of our stay but that was bearable. I enjoyed my stay here and do recommend.

I was only there one night. My room was right next to the elevator so I heard it at night and ALL mornimg which did not allow me to sleep in. Also, one of the towels left for us in the bathroom was actually dirty. The bed was comfy. Overall the room served its purpose bit can't say I will stay here again.

We stayed here over Christmas which was a very busy time. We were not happy with the room assigned to us because it was near the elevator and the noisy motor kept us awake. The staff immediately honored our request for a different room which was much better. None of the rooms have microwaves, coffee makers, ice buckets or cups/glasses. The beds were comfortable but the rooms are small with just the basics. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast area is very small and could not accommodate the number of guests. We took food to our rooms but we only could access a muffin, juice and coffee because of the crowds and long lines
