well as a vip I was let down by the way we were not given our upgrade to the perks. when I called to speak about my concern everyone acted like my business didnt matter. the front desk did not give my upgrade because the people waiting for others not to arrive were given the upgrade because they had to wait to check in. Not my fault and bad business to tell me that I can be asked to leave .

The beds are horrible. We had a one bedroom Queen and while the bed frame was a queen, the bed fell short by 2-3 inches all around. The pull out couch was bigger but the mattress was so worn you could feel the springs. The pool area is nice but the hot tub was barely warm. the adjoining room doors let in ALOT of noise. We had people with kids who woke us between 530-600am. We complained after two mornings and it got better. The condos are spacious and clean with a large screened balcony. The pond on the property was really neat. We saw alligators, turtles, water snakes and deer!

Clean & quiet with lots of space. No baking sheets for the oven. Had a tiny issue with the keycards not working, maintenance came and fixed it really quickly.

This villa was pretty old. The room smelled a bit, and the bathroom cabinets were broken at the bottom. This room in particular needs a bit of renovation. I’ve stayed here before, in a two bedroom villa and it was amazing! Other than that, I had no issues with anything.
