This is a great hotel! From the second you walk in they take such good care of you. Loved the valet, so easy and convenient. The room was gorgeous and very clean. Comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend if staying in Orlando.

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was available 1 hour prior to Check-in and we very much appreciated the accommodation to this request. The hotel is pet friendly, even providing a complimentary welcome goodie bag for pets! The hotel was clean in all areas and staff was very responsive when I requested extra towels. This was a great hotel to stay in downtown. We really enjoyed it. It had a lot of amenities and the staff was very nice. Short walk to the Kia center and restaurants downtown. We went to Gittos pizza and it was delicious. Overall, it was a great time. Thank you for everything.

Aloft is a fabulous hotel for the night when downtown Orlando for a show. It is very clean, beds pillows comfortable nice towels, shampoo in shower with conditioner and body soap. The only thing that was missing was a restaurant. You can eat at the bar but space is so limited.
