I loved my stay — the place is peaceful and safe. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the staff was very kind. Parking was easy, and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. I’d definitely stay here again!

The property was clean, quiet, and safe. Parking was easy and secure, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the pool area — it was well maintained and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location is convenient, close to restaurants and stores, which made my stay even better. Definitely a pleasant experience!

My stay at the hotel was excellent. It’s a peaceful, safe, and well-located place, close to shops and restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The pool area was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the nice weather. I also liked that the parking area was spacious and secure. Overall, a very pleasant experience — I would definitely stay here again

Everything was good except the shower door situation (only 1 door). And no lighting fixture in the ceiling so the lighting was a little dim. Great size for the price. Renters are good with communication and the staff was very helpful. Would definitely rent again

Great stay

The check-in process was impressively smooth and easy, and I appreciated the clear communication along with the detailed message regarding the steps to follow. The room itself was bright, spacious, and clean, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is great, which adds to the overall experience. I am looking forward to my next visit, and I will certainly choose to stay at this property again.

The room smelled musty when I got in. The shower pressure needs some work. And having a channel lineup card would be helpful. Staff was friendly when I arrived and I could see myself staying here again

Nice place

We arrived very late. And the front desk was closed. It was very easy to contact them and I got the information to go into my room immediately. Place clean and remodeled. Good location close to everything. I like that the rooms are not inside a building, it makes it very private. I will recommend.

My family and I were under the impression it was a hotel and it's more of an Airbnb style. Nobody is going to come and clean the room or throw out the trash or replace the towels for the entirety of your stay. The shower itself also had mold and there seemed to be some stains on the floor like it wasn't cleaned properly. Lastly my parents bed you could tell the pillow sheets had not been replaced and smelled like someone slept on them. The only positive things I can say the owner was responsive and it's 15 minutes away from all parks.

I really liked the place, everything was clean and easy to access to restaurants, Disney and Disney Springs. The only thing I didn't like was the man at the reception, he should be more communicative and pay more attention to newcomers. The first impression he gave me was terrible. I already imagined that the place would be terrible. But don't be fooled by the poor service at reception, the place is good.

Unexpected Nicety/Que Bueno

Didn’t know how nice this place would be. Excellent value! Bright with ample space, Smart TV, fast WiFi, and way too comfortable beds. No one bothers you. The breakfast is at a restaurant space on the property. I’m not a fan. Tried gaslighting me to accept a hot dog when I ordered sausage links instead of honestly telling me they were out! Fortunately there was someone with integrity working in the kitchen. So many dining options within walking distance.

The room, area, staff, and location of the property were excellent. The only problem was with the owner because of a failure to solve our problem. When we arrived (Friday afternoon) we realized that the TV remote control was not working with the TV.. We contacted the front desk and he (Daniel) visited our room (131) and agreed that the remote was not working. He advised us that the owner was contacted and that the owner would bring another remote control. No remote was delivered Friday night, Saturday,or Sunday. On Monday, I stopped at reception and and complained about the lack of response by the owner to resolve the problem. The woman called the owner and offered the phone to me to talk to him but I refused. He had 4.5 days to take care of the problem but didn't. We were very disappointed with the lack of respone by the owner. I can only hope that he resolves this problem before the next guest checks in.

Room wast mostly clean, besides the floor and under the beds, air conditioner was cold, room stayed cool without it running non stop, pretty quiet with a decent view. Beds were cozy, fridge was cold, sink vanity was nice but the lights are super bright and harsh while attempting to put on make up lol. Details in the room were cute and gave it a nice touch. Good options on the tv. The remotes were missing the battery covers and one for led lights was missing batteries but the tv remote worked so all good. Bathroom was super clean and the bathtub actually has a plug in it! Window covering options were perfect. Overall nice place to stay if you need a place for week or so

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful and relaxing. The atmosphere made me feel right at home. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay!

Thank you so much. The stay was very good. No gimmick. Just a clean and safe hotel for family. It was great for the price. I was in Kissimmee for months and regret not finding out about this sonner. All the other hotels in this price range don't come close to its quality.

There was really no staff. It is a very strange way og managing a hotel. It is more like an AirB and B system. The room was nice except for a bathroom light that was defective and was blinking sometimes. Also not bright enough.
