The heated pool made all the difference. Location could not be beat. 15 minutes to anywhere on Disney property and NO traffic. definitely would stay here again!

The community was beautiful. Our unit was spacious and appeared clean until we realized a foul odor was coming from the pool. Then all of a sudden there was a terrible leaked right at the stairs. I continuously notified the property, but to no avail. The leak got so bad that it was ruining our socks and shoes. It started to smell mildew. The baby guests could not even crawl up the stairs. My son fell down the stairs trying to jump and avoid the puddle of water. I was very disappointed because the property manager was dishonest for days about coming to look at the leak and NEVER showed up. I am requesting a full refund! I also have pics and videos of the leak.
