SPA NOT HEATED?! WHOEVER HEARD OF SUCH A THING!

Problems started with them telling us the spa is NOT heated after we had it booked and arrived. When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated. I argued multiple times this was not advertised and finally my wife got on the phone and asked the woman if she ever in her life heard of a SPA that is not heated. So she said she would send someone out. THREE hours later we gave up waiting and went to dinner and someone came out and he said to my daughter you cannot heat just the spa and you have to pay. We all explained this was not explained in the advertisement listing for the home. Then the tech said it takes DAYS for it to heat with the heat pump and would not be warm until the end of the day of the next day - after we were checking out. This place is a total sham. Avoid at all costs, so much better quality, service and a closer to Disney is available out there.
