Needs maintenance. Many lightbulbs burned out, pool table upstair leaning, pool stick broke, games in garage in rough shape, bathroom sink clogged. Bath towels in master, but no hand towels. Be prepared to spend first hour of your vacation shopping for necessities. The issues seem to stem from renters roughing up the place and the management company not paying attention to what needs fixing. Sad because this is a nice community but I would bet in 10 years it will be a bad shape. I had the intention to look at homes for investment but after this visit, I decided to pass. People need to take care of the properties they rent......sadly not happening here.
