I have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and super helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and local activities/events that were happening during our stay, The breakfast is great - a full hot breakfast with many options to choose from. The location is ideal - close to the highway and plenty of shopping nearby.

This was the first time we have stayed here. The staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The hotel was quiet, the pool area tidy and clean. The breakfast had a variety of foods both hot and cold. The coffee was subpar but there are lots of options not far from the hotel to get a good cup of coffee or bring your own. All in all a good place to stay!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Pool and hot tub ended up being closed because of someone going to the toilet in the pool,(I’m sure by accident and not the hotels fault). The television barely had any channels and we called to see if someone could resolved it and no one came to fix or address it. Continental breakfast was wonderful and the nice lady running that area kept it very stocked and clean. Bedroom area not well cleaned.

Good hotel with a great pool. No elevators though, so while travelling with someone who struggled with stairs, and being on the 3rd floor, that made accessing different areas more difficult. Staff was great though, very friendly and helpful!
