“So sad to see a what was once probably a lovely hotel now looking very tired and in need of updating. No aircon, marked carpets and tired bathroom. The only plus was the lovely receptionist who was very professional. When we arrived for breakfast, 80% of the tables had dirty plates and cups left and no-one clearing anything away yet there were 3 staff members milling around the bar area. Coffee machine out of order too!”

“Copperbeach B&B was lovely. Easy on site parking. We had a party of 5, 2 adults and 3 children. Our 5 bedded room was excellent. The room was immaculate with a great ensuite. Breakfast was very nice, just a shame it was not full english.”

“Whilst the room was clean enough, it was very basic. No head board, poor mattress and 1 coat hanger to hang the clothes (on the back of the door) for 2 people staying in a twin room for 2 nights. Again, the bathroom was clean although there was little to no pressure in the shower and the sink tap came off in my hand.”

“The ground floor room was fine, with easy access to the parking area. The shower room was very clean and modern; the bedding was immaculate on a comfortable bed; it was a shame the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. We would have liked a small fridge and a second opening window as the weather was exceedingly hot, but we appreciated the air conditioning. “Friendly welcome, shown to our room which was spacious, clean and tidy. Offstreet parking was also good to have. The breakfast was very nice as they used quality products.”

“Staff pleasant and friendly- gym could do with being a little bigger and with better equipment but David Lloyds is right next door! Air-con need in this current heat but they do put a fan in your room.”
