This place is shabby. Old and showing it. Dank. Inconsistent cleaning—some things clean others seem untouched in months if not years. I do not recommend.

Stayed here for an evening. Got a good deal on Expedia and was told the owner wasn't happy about the rate that I got. They honored it, but I was 'shamed' by the desk clerk because he would get in trouble for honoring it. The room was okay, not really the cleanest. The ice machine looked dirty, so I didn't trust the ice coming out of it.

Very run down, marginally clean. Room was full of flies, the parking lot was trashy. I didn’t stay. Being a female traveling alone, I didn’t feel safe.

Saved my room for me after I waited on a tow for 2 flat tires & broken rim 151 miles south. Tow Truck Dropped me off for a 2AM check-in and the gentleman opened the door and got me checked in quickly & efficiently, and extremely friendly.

The WiFi and cable tv didn’t work. The room I stayed in was partially cleaned when I went in. It looked as though there were people living look term in a number of the rooms Some of the rooms had smoking in them even though were no smoking signs on the doors.

It is in need of serious updating/cleaning. Bed was not comfortable as it felt like a weird air mattress hybrid. Area was somewhat convenient though sketchy. Felt like we should have been charged $50 not what we paid. If given the choice of this or camping out in the rental car at a campsite, we should have chosen the car. Staff at check-in was friendly. Weird rule on a printed card at the front desk stating full days charge even if you try to check out after 15 minutes. Staff claimed “hikers” were using the hotel for showers. Made me think of other things and we brought everything in from the car for safe keeping.

Good affordable option for family vacation!

This was an affordable, quiet, safe place to stay during our family vacation to the coast. Check in was easy and fast. The front desk staff are so friendly and helpful! Top notch service! The rooms were a little on the older side and could be updated but everything worked fine. Close to lots of places to eat, close to the dunes, sandboard rentals, the beach and Old Towne. Front desk staff had good recommendations on places to visit and eat. Would stay there again!
