It was a surprisingly lovely affordable place to stay right on the beach. There were Heron’s that were fishing at night. It was quite lovely. The beach is right in front of the hotel and you have access to walk up and down the beach. The breakfast was modest regular kind of motel breakfast, but the coffee was delicious The staff was very kind. I will stay here again thank you.

The only reason to stay is because of the location. Great path to the beach, toddler friendly location and walking distance to Mo's. Bring your gloves, bleach, towels and bedding. There's pee on the bathroom wall, towels look like they weren't washed, and the sheets are extremely thin. Breakfast is okay for low quality hotel. The receptionist was very rude to quests. My experience, I wanted a new towel and she starred at me in silence until I said forget and she turned around and walked away. Overall location is great. Hotel is gross.

I was a little disappointed some of the stripping around the floor in the carpet was all pulled away and it looked like there was some mildew. I also I'm handicapped and there are only two spots. I'm checking in late it's difficult to park and bring my luggage in. Other than those two issues I really enjoy staying here and the staff is very nice and helpful.
