Very comfortable hotel right on the river and close to Seaside's main strip. We enjoyed our stay here. Lodging in Seaside is pricey for what you get, but we've been to this little town a few times over the last 7 years and this hotel worked best for our family. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and available, and breakfast was sufficient. We'd stay here again.

They don't have an actual restaurant on site and breakfast is cold cereal yogurt or biscuits and gravy. We went to a restaurant near by. They do serve beer and wine and selzers. The room was excellent comfortable clean very convenient

Pool was a great feature, close to all the fun and beach. Snacks were available for purchase. They offered a bar and bar food available I think until 9pm. Easy free parking, check in was a breeze. Needed extra blankets and they were right on top of it.

The staff here were absolutely great! But we had an ant issue which didn’t allow us to cook in our suite, which was one of tge main reasons we rented the suite. The staff was very helpful in trying to get rid of the ants but they kept returning. Hopefully, they get an exterminator out there so the next guests don’t have to deal with ants. Again though, the staff were amazing!

The only complaint i have would be that the master’s bedroom smells like dog coming out from the vent? The sofabed too squeaky, each move it squeaks when my teenager was sleeping. But we loved the space and the washer and dryer is handy. My toddler loved the jetted tub. The location is good too. Its just the assigned room to us was way far from the elevator… staff were all friendly…

We had a fabulous time! Took our grandkids, stayed in a two bedroom suite. We took our dog and accommodations for all of us was very easy. Love the swimming pool area. They brought towels in very often. Breakfast was good. It’s not a big buffet to choose from but you have your kitchen upstairs too. Always hot coffee around. Very friendly staff.

The property was clean. The pool was small for a hotel that size but the kids still had fun. A particular staff, older female, made me feel very unwelcome at check in. The way she talked to me and glared at me made me feel like I was in the wrong place. Breakfast was very minimal. I didn't expect too much but thought there should at least be cheap sausage, scrambled eggs, and a waffle machine. I mean the typical cheap hotel breakfast but they didn't have that.
