The rooms are very clean and the staff was so nice. The outside of the property doesn't give you the best impression of the place but it's an amazingly good value for the VERY reasonable rates. Great view of the cool bridge and lots of wildlife in the river.

Absolutely wonderful view from our deck above the river. We were on the east end of the property and had a perfect view of the tiny fisherman‘s boots going past and a beautiful bridge. Will come back next year and spend more time.

The location was great. Beautiful view of the rogue river. The beds were very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. The carpet in the room needed cleaning. The shower drained slowly. Unfortunately the balcony had an infestation of spiders so we weren’t able to enjoy it. I would stay again.

We had an excellent stay. The room was great! Our only complaint at all was no water pressure in the shower. Otherwise, a very relaxing stay close to everything we did. Fun to watch the critters from our balcony!

The staff were very kind & helpful. The location & view were incredible. It was a bit grungy in the room with stains on the carpet & chaise/couch. The bathroom had recently been redone & was really nice but already seemed to be showing some signs of disrepair. We used the hot tub & that was great. It was a fun place to stay for a night & was a great price.
