The view is AMAZING. The pictures of the staircase and lobby seem a little enhanced but the rooms are beautiful and the view over the inlet and bridge from the bed are just stunning. The only minus was the cleanliness behind the bathroom door; the rooms were immaculate. I would recommend the ground floor if you have luggage.

Jot's is showing its age a little bit but it is still the best place in terms of cost, setting (OCEAN VIEW through the harbor, bridge and town lights, private balcony in every room) and great staff. Clean room, though we could tell that dogs had stayed in it recently. We didn't request a different room because Jot's was almost sold out! I will definitely stay here again, and hopefully for longer next time. Bonus: great restaurant right across the street that does brunch on weekends.

The balcony was nice. The hotel is dated, but was clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice with plenty of hot water. The TV remote didn't work and the limited staff was too busy to help us.

Stayed here on 4th of July. It was an amazing experience with front row views of the fireworks, lake/beach, and the bridge. There was a restaurant across the street, snacks and drinks available on the property, and was such a family friendly experience. It was a bit dated but still did its job. I would definitely recommend this location if you need a place to rest your head on a roadtrip.
