Excellent price and location! Our room was dated but very clean. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of towels. Great place to stay for the night on our roadtrip down the coast. My only complaint, and it is a very small one, is that there was no hairdryer. Whale watching from shore and great places to eat & drink are all within walking distance.

This is a very simple motel. Old snd outdated, but the beds were comfortable. And for being right on the highway, it was surprisingly quiet, because it sits slightly above the highway. Its very walkable to shops and restraunts. If you are looking for an affordable coastal motel for doing not much more than sleeping, this would be a decent option.

Excellent stay for the price. Very clean and comfortable beds. Spacious room (double queen) provides ample space including table. Microwave and fridge worked well. Nice flowing shower with ample hot water. Good WiFi connection. Friendly staff. Very pleased overall.

Just an older motel. They are trying. New carpet in the rooms, Chairs look like they are out of the 80's but worked just fine for us to watch the ocean and the waves crashing in. Bathroom flooring was installed poorly and the base of the toilet really needed to be scrubbed up. The cuts were done haphazerdly around the toilet base. Old residue from previous guests showed through the poorly cut lanolium, yuk! I wrapped a towel around the base so I would not have to look at it when I went into the restroom. I did not have cleaning supplies to fix the challenge. Bathtub was clean and bright. Towels felt thin but for how much we paid, that was fine. The room did smell a bit of pet urine. I would suggest bringing a can of room deoderizer if you are sensitive to this smell.

First room did not smell good. Could have been from carpet cleaning and possibly a prior guests pet potty. Staff asked us how it was and changed room immediately. Made a big difference! I think they could stand to replace carpet or use different flooring. In the new room , I was not comfortable walking on carpet without something on my feet. Tv remote was just for the cable/direct tv do, had to figure out buttons for power and volume ( no biggie) . Chairs seemed dirty or maybe just old. My family that had a separate room had uncomfortable first night and did not stay for the 2nd., mostly because of a terrible bed and sleep sofa. I liked we had a view of the ocean from our room. It served our purpose of having a place to sleep for the time we were there. The staff I talked with were kind and helpful. It was budget friendly for the time of year but probably should have been less. Still I understand it’s older and that’s how it goes. Overall it was an okay stay.
