Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room was run down and not very clean. Spider webs in the bathroom, smelly carpets, could hear people walking above us and next to us, need was terrible and very very hot in the room will not be back and will not recommend.

Great rooms in nicely maintained older building. Had biscuits and gravy for breakfast which were home made and delicious. It's always nice to take a step away from the corporate chains and find a hidden gem like this. Definitely would recommend.

Older hotel right on 101 in Florence. Had a room in the back and could hear the couple next door. Luckily they were quiet (except the baby cried a few times). They allow dogs for a $20 fee each night. The door lock wouldn't open using the code but the owner gave us a key. He made breakfast for guests in the morning and there was coffee (no cream just milk) and a waffle maker. The hotel has supposedly been upgraded but I couldn't tell if anything was newer than 30-50 years. Not a great place but good enough for a shower and sleeping. Mo's is nearby so we did have a decent dinner.

The hotel is located a short, walkable distance from Old Town. It was great to be able to stretch our legs after the drive down the coast and explore Bay Street for our dinner. Eric is a marvelous host and was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction. The room was not luxurious, but we would definitely stay there again.
