Charming hotel, like the fact that they have a backyard to park the car in central Örebro ( not many so be sure to book..) great cleaning service as well as breakfast and reception service ( located across the street at Hitel Örebro but very close so not a problem)

Family time in Orebro

Lovely large family room, with super fresh linen on the beds. Bathroom clean and modern, location is perfect, I know this hotel over many years and it always works.

Location is very good. Absolutely ok hotel for the price, rooms are clean, staff enough attentive and breakfast is good. The hotel offers buffet dinner very cheap, but unfortunately it wasn’t very good. I would recommend the hotel, just avoid eating at the restaurant.

+comfortable beds. personel nice, near trainstation. restaurant and bar ”in hotel area”. -Very varm room, no aircondition and the Windows were no good. Breakfast was served in another hotel across the street. The reception closed early.

Only criticism was the rooms are very warm no air conditioning breakfast served across road not a problem a member of staff helped me with car park which is very tight the Irish coffee in the Italian restaurant superb

Ok for 1 night. Tiny bathroom.

Room is very small, different from the photos on the website. Tiny bath room, poor design, water goes everywhere after a shower. No one at front desk, check in and check out by the receptionist of a hotel across the road. Virtually no service at this hotel.

Bra men ganska enkel frukostbuffé på hotellet mittemot. Mycket trevlig och personal. Tyvärr fick vi ett rum på vån 1, över en lokal där det spelades hög musik till långt in på natten. Ena sängen hade en grop i sängbotten, så vi fick lägga en ihopvikt badhandduk under för att få den någorlunda plan. Ligger annars centralt och bra. Är rent och snyggt.

Rummet välstädat och fint men saknade skohorn och krok till handdukar. Gymmet OK utrustat men det var vatten på golvet båda dagarna (pga AC kondens?). Gymmet låg i källaren och där var massa halvöppna dörrar in till förråd där = det kändes inte tryggt att vara därenere, vem som helst kunde gömt sig där inne. Frukosten säkert bra för de som gillar sötsaker men det fanns inget nyttigt bröd som alternativ och dessutom saknades smör/Bregott - fanns bara Lätta och färskost.

Bodde på hotellet fredag-söndag. Ingen egen reception, den var stängd så man checkar in på hotellet på andra sidan gatan. Kalt och trist rum (tvåbäddsrum), ingen kyl även fast det skulle finnas enligt bokningen. TV minimal, behöver kikare för att kolla från sängen, de enda kanalerna som funkade var svt2, kanal 5, tecknad kanal och livesändning från vänsterpartiets kongress. Väldigt dålig frukost på hotellet mittemot, dåligt utbud, blaskigt kaffe och vattnig juice, hoppade över frukosten på söndagen och åt på annat ställe. Plusset är den italienska restaurangen som ligger i anslutning till hotellet. Betalade 4 010 kr för två nätter, hade förväntat mig mer!
