Mitt goto hotel när jag arbetar i Örebro, sköna sängar/sängkläder, frukosten (gott kaffe.. viktigt), trevlig personal, gratis parkering och rabatt på gustavsvik gymmet om man vill träna. Har allt jag vill ha och väldigt prisvärt.

Att rummen är små visste vi (då vi bott här en gång tidigare för flera år sedan) men det funkar då vi bara skulle sova en natt. Bra med gratis parkering och att hotellet ligger granne med äventyrsbadet Gustavsvik. Okej badrum och bra med mörkläggningsgardin i fönstret. Hade känts tryggt med ett "ramla-ur-sängen-skydd" på den utfällbara våningssängen där vårt barn sov. Frukosten var sådär...mycket tog slut (och fylldes inte på), t.ex. juicerna, kaffe, gurka, tomat och frukt. Ost och salami var också ganska torra... Brödet var dock färskt och gott. Synd att det inte fanns pannkakor på den varma frukostdelen (detta hade vårt barn sett fram emot, och vi hörde ytterligare en familj som efterfrågade det). Detta serveras enligt personalen endast fre-sön. Synd - det var ändå sportlov och kanske mer barn än vanligt denna "mitt-i-veckan" när vi besökte Örebro.

lååååång väntetid på mat, för lite personal

Litet rum, men helt okej. Jag och mitt sällskap Beställde pizza 16.55, maten serverades kl 18.20. anledningen var att det var för många som beställde mat samtidigt och bara EN (1) personal i köket. Jag var jättehungrig och kompenserades med en smörgås i väntan på maten skulle bli klar. När jag och mitt sällskap kom tillbaka vid ca kl 2 på natten så berättar personal på natten att ugnen städas (automatisk rengöring) så det går inte få pommes tallrik dygnet runt trots det står på hemsidan att man kan få pommes dygnet runt, jag och mitt sällskap köpte smörgåsar som vi fick serverade. Personal på natten var jättetrevlig , vi pratade och han tyckte vi kunde få kompensation, jag fick sen på förmiddagen innan jag åkte pommes i kompensation av hotellet. Det är jag glad och tacksam för. En bra idé är att ta upp beställningar på mat när folk checkar in, att man frågar om gästerna önskar beställa mat och isåfall vilken tid, så får man mer överblick på hur många som äter samtidigt, det vore också bra om möjligt att man är minst två personal som arbetar i köket på kvällarna. Om inte sätt upp en lapp åtminstonde att det kan gå uppemot 2 timmar väntetid när gäster beställer mat. Så att man vet det
